Billing and Payment Info
We send out bills every Monday for the previous Monday through Sunday games.
We must have a W9 on file before we can pay you.
You will get paid, at the most, within 10 days by PayPal or 14 days by check. A $3 fee is deducted for check payments.

How to send it to OTP:
- Fill out the W9 on your phone or computer, or print it, fill it out, and take a picture.
- Email your W9 screenshot or picture to cara@otpumpires.com.
- We only pay via PayPal, or by check with a $3 per-check fee deducted. You may use a parent or significant other’s PayPal; they will not receive a 1099 in their name.
Your Arbiter profile must include:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Birthday
Your yearly $50 fee will be deducted from the first payment we send to you.
If you have not received payment via PayPal within 10 days after Monday billing for the games you worked, please let us know.
Checks can take up to 14 days after Monday billing because of mail time.
We do things this way to keep our costs, and your fees, down and to provide the most umpiring opportunities possible.
